Research group logo

Current imaging technologies allow us to follow physiological processes with high temporal and spatial resolution, and at the same time obtain a very precise morphological image. The aim of the working group is to develop innovative methods, imaging technologies, tracer molecules and algorithms that can be easily transferred into everyday clinical practice. The working group has one of the most modern in vivo imaging equipment in Europe, which includes the entire range of modalities (SPECT, PET, CT, MRI, US, OI, etc.).

Research areas

• Radiochemical labeling of nanoparticles and extracellular vesicles, investigation of their biodistribution and physiological role
• Development of new quantitative radiomics, artificial intelligence-based quantification imaging modalities.
• High-resolution quantitative characterization of human organs and organ pieces
• Development of new types of tumor therapy methods (nuclide therapy, oncothermia, T-cell therapy) and testing their effectiveness
• Investigation of the formation and progression of neuroinflammation, as well as the development of differential diagnostic methods
